The dropout saver system is an alternative to replacing badly bent or damaged derailleur dropouts. Rather than replacing the damaged dropout completely, simply drill out the damaged threads, install a dropout saver, and realign the dropout. This handy carry-along tool repairs small punctures and cuts in tubeless bicycle tires without removing the tire from the rim, getting you back on the trail in no time.
